I
experienced my first Christmas in Cameroon and I really enjoyed it. I had the
opportunity to learn some of their traditions.
This
part of their tradition is when they have goods offered to the Jujus or the
people who make them follow their rules otherwise they will be punished.
After
the presentation, they also fed all of us invited to see the event with their
tradition of having us washed our hands .The novices came to each guest with
the things to wash our hands and then distributes dinner consisting of fufu
corn,fried chicken,plantain and Folerie drink.It was a feast for all of us.They
held this event at their backyard.Evidently this is the third year in a row now
that they present this. How blessed I am to witness it.
